Irvine Software Firm Gets $19M

Reporter Jane Yu wrote a feature summarizing Mavenlink’s history and recent round of funding. “Irvine-based software company Mavenlink Inc. has raised $19 million in a recent funding round. The latest investment was led by San Francisco-based Carrick Capital Partners LP and Silicon Valley Bank in Santa Clara.”

“It said it would use the recent investment to ‘accelerate product innovation, market penetration and global market share expansion’. Mavenlink was founded in 2008 by Ray Grainger, Roger Neel and Sean Crafts, who serve as chief executive, chief technical officer and chief customer officer, respectively.”
